What we collect

When you send an enquiry or quote request, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the products you are interested in and your message. We do not ask for any other personal information. To protect the form from spam, we also keep a one-way, salted code derived from your network (IP) address for one hour, then delete it.

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and loads only when you choose to show it; Google’s own privacy policy applies to it.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and follow up on orders you place with us. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiries are stored in a secure system operated by our website provider and delivered to our staff by email. We delete enquiries from our website system 24 months after we receive them. Details that become part of an order are kept with our business records as the law requires.

Your rights
